Process classification
a. Drum-type poly (co) aluminum chloride. The aluminum content is average and the water insoluble matter is high. It is mostly used for sewage treatment.
b. Plate-and-frame poly (combined) aluminum chloride has high aluminum content and low water-insoluble matter. It is used for sewage treatment and drinking treatment.
c. Spray-dried poly (synthetic) aluminum chloride has high aluminum content, low water-insoluble matter and fast dissolution. It is used for drinking water and higher standard water treatment.
Because the composition of detergent production wastewater is complex, polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide can be used in combination with better results.

How to use: Dissolve the solid product with water in a ratio of 1:3 to a liquid, then add 10-30 times of water to dilute it to the required concentration before use. The optimal PH value for dosing is 3.5-5.0. Generally, when the raw water turbidity is 100-500mg/L, the dosing amount per thousand tons is 10-20kg.

 

Water treatment flocculant dosing time: It is generally arranged to flocculate the pool water at the end of the night, and then the static sedimentation time required is generally not less than 6 hours, and then the pool must be sucked.
pH control: the most suitable PH value range of polyaluminum chloride is 7.5-8.5. In an alkaline environment, it can give full play to its hydroxyl bridging effect and accelerate the aggregation and sedimentation effect, so it should be first before adding flocculant Check and adjust the pH value of the pool water.
Dosing amount: Calculate the dosing amount each time according to the total volume of the pool. The agent added to the pool water should make the concentration of the flocculant reach 5-10mg/L. Depending on the pollution of the swimming pool, the flocculant can be added 1-2 times a week.
Dosing method: according to the amount of 5-10KG per 1,000 cubic meters of water. When using, use the solid polyaluminum chloride 1 part: 3 parts of clear water, first mix and dissolve, then add water to dilute to 2-3% of the solution and then sprinkle it Use in the swimming pool.
Finally, pay attention not to add water treatment flocculant in rainy weather, because the water cannot be static, which will affect the flocculation effect.
